On October 7, 2025, members of the Private Industry Council of Westmoreland/Fayette, Inc. had the privilege of attending the Women United Breakfast, hosted by the United Way of Southwestern Pennsylvania.

This inspiring event brought together women leaders, donors, and changemakers committed to making a meaningful impact in our communities.

The morning featured a moving keynote by Marijo Klimas, Founder of PresencePlus, whose energy and insight challenged and uplifted everyone in the room. Attendees also heard powerful stories of resilience, unity, and vision — a reminder of what’s possible when women lead with purpose and support one another.

We’re proud to stand alongside so many incredible women and organizations working toward a stronger, more connected region.
