Fayette County high school students had the opportunity to participate in a Cybersecurity Summer Camp, where they were able to learn basic cybersecurity skills and experience building secure computer networks by using the CyberPatriot curriculum.

This camp allowed students to gain a better understanding of various cybersecurity and networking skills including a deeper dive into Windows, Linux, and Ubuntu.

Students got to experience hands-on learning from guest speakers from Norman Alan Company, LLC and APEX IT.

They participated in a final activity where they worked together to prevent a simulated cyber-attack.
