In today’s digital age, where technology plays a central role in everyday life, the need for digital literacy has never been more crucial.

Students who complete digital literacy classes are equipped with vital skills that prepare them for success in an increasingly tech-driven world. As digital technology continues to shape the world around us, students equipped with digital literacy skills will be well-positioned to succeed in an ever-changing landscape, driving innovation, and contributing to a more connected and productive society.

The Private Industry Council offers two digital learning tracks – the beginner track and the intermediate track.

The beginner classes focus on a variety of topics including Computer, Email, Internet, and Typing Basics as well as WORD, EXCEL, Zoom, Google Suite, SMART Devices and Online Job Searching.

The intermediate track offers five additional classes including more on WORD and EXCEL, PowerPoint, Adobe, and additional Gmail tips.
