R.I.S.E. (Reaching Individual Success in Education and Employment) – Out-of-School Youth Program

R.I.S.E. is a career training and employment program for young adults ages 18-24 residing in Westmoreland or Fayette Counties. Designed to support out-of-school youth, R.I.S.E. offers hands-on training in high-demand fields including EMT, Small Engine Repair, HVAC, Auto and Diesel Mechanics, Welding, Electrical, and CDL.

Participants begin with Career Pathways training and receive personalized support through career counseling, financial literacy education, and paid work experience opportunities based on individual needs. R.I.S.E. empowers young adults to gain the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to succeed in today’s workforce.
