R.I.S.E. (Reaching Individual Success in Education and Employment) – Out-of-School Youth Program

Looking for training to kick start your career? The R.I.S.E. Out of School program is a career training and employment program for young adults ages 18-24 residing in Westmoreland or Fayette Counties. Designed to support out-of-school youth, R.I.S.E. Out of School program offers hands-on training in high-demand fields including EMT, Small Engine Repair, HVAC, Auto and Diesel Mechanics, Welding, Electrical, and CDL.

Participants begin with Career Pathways training and receive personalized support through career counseling, financial literacy education, and paid work experience opportunities based on individual needs.
