Employers, we have not forgotten about you either.  The Business Service Team Members are here to assist you in posting jobs, searching for candidates to match your openings and even work with you to develop an “On the Job” training contract if you find a good candidate that may be lacking some of the skills needed to perform all of the job duties required in the position. You may have current employees that need their skills upgraded so you want to learn more about our ”Incumbent Worker Training Program”.  We also have a “Transitional Employment Program” to assist individuals with barriers. If you are interested in helping an individual gain some experience to assist them in reaching their career goals please ask for details. The best thing for you to do is to call the CareerLink® and ask to speak to an Account Representative.  They will be able to assist you individually and explain all programs and eligibility requirements.
