On January 29, 2025, the Community College of Beaver County Library buzzed excitedly as Beaver County Head Start students participated in a delightful Kindergarten Transition Story Walk!

This engaging event, organized by the School Readiness Committee, provided a wonderful opportunity for young learners to explore literacy in a fun and interactive way.

As families strolled through the library, they followed the story walk, which featured colorful illustrations and engaging narratives that captivated the children’s imaginations.

Parents and educators joined in, sharing laughter and encouraging conversations about the upcoming transition to kindergarten.

The next Kindergarten Transition Event is the “Beaver Valley Mall Gear Up” scheduled for March 13, 2025!
