On June 25, 2025, CareerLink of Fayette County had the privilege to participate in the 2025 Experience Works Plus Summit, hosted by the Westmoreland-Fayette Workforce Investment Board. This inspiring event gathered an energetic group of summer interns, informative speakers, and dedicated local partners, all committed to learning and the support of the future workforce.

Ted Martin, Director of CareerLink Operations, and Leann Bergman, Employment & Training Supervisor, led an engaging and interactive “Beach Ball Q&A Session,” which spotlighted the many ways PA CareerLink supports career development throughout the region. The session was filled with thoughtful questions, vibrant discussion, and a shared excitement for career exploration.

The energy and curiosity of the interns made the afternoon both meaningful and enjoyable. We look forward to watching these young professionals grow and thrive in the years to come!
