As part of our ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality workforce development services, the Private Industry Council of Westmoreland/ Fayette, Inc. is held to a set of performance measures under WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act). These measures are designed to ensure that we are helping individuals gain meaningful employment, increase their earnings, and achieve long-term success. This year, we are pleased to announce that we exceeded 14 of the 15 performance measures and met the final one—an outstanding accomplishment!

Our staff worked diligently to support our clients throughout the entire program year, from helping individuals navigate training opportunities to providing essential career services. Their hard work directly contributed to these exceptional results, and we are incredibly grateful for the dedication they bring to their roles every day.

For our  customers, this success directly translates into even better services and opportunities. Meeting and exceeding performance measures means that our programs are working effectively and making a tangible difference in the lives of those we serve. It’s a testament to the quality of support you receive from us, whether you’re seeking job training, career counseling, or job placement assistance.

As we look ahead to the future, we remain committed to maintaining and surpassing these high standards. Our goal is to continue providing exceptional service to both our clients and staff, ensuring that everyone has the tools they need to succeed. We are excited for what the next year will bring!
